	Production FAST’s production life cycle begins with creating a project. Each project includes required business rules – either rules used in a similar project or specifics unique to the development. The project’s business model initiates and governs the workflow process from lot inventory, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and job release, through field closing and write off. The FAST system includes a variety of tools to efficiently create, re-purpose, maintain, and minimize the data required to drive build and development programs, essentially linking the entire enterprise to an “encyclopedia of business”, from which each individual project obtains the required elements to sustain an integrated workflow. All FAST’s workflows are interconnected, as well as tightly controlled, to ensure maximum profits within both a high volume repetitive release model, as well as a custom or semi-custom development environment.
