FAST’s customer life cycle begins with a visit from a sales prospect. Once you enter the prospect into FAST, the system provides the tools needed for selecting lots, plans and options, managing follow-up, printing agreements, requesting customer changes, selecting colors and styles, and managing the sales and closing financial transactions. With FAST’s integrated model, information is immediately available to all departments. For example, information entered as part of the house sale is immediately available to your production department; custom change request pricing integrates with customer change requests; buyer style and color selections appear automatically on purchase orders; and your customer service representative knows exactly what options the buyer purchased.
