For information on hardware requirements for JobView 360 users, please refer to the Client Workstation section of System Requirements found in the Administration section of this guide.
The JobView 360 website address is designated under one of the web browser Internet Options settings determined by your company's web security policy. It may be necessary to modify the workstation Internet Options security settings to access the Builder's JobView 360 web address.
To change the JobView website security settings in Internet Explorer 6.0:
Select Tools > Internet Options
Click the Security tab; you will notice four security 'Zones':
Local Intranet - local network sites determined by your network settings and IP host
Trusted Sites - sites explicitly identified as trusted
Restricted Sites - sites that you have explicitly identified as being restricted
Internet - all remaining sites
After navigating to the Security tab, the current web page's security zone is automatically selected.
Builders viewing JobView 360 from their local network will most likely use the Local Intranet zone.
Vendors accessing JobView over the Internet will most likely use the Internet, Trusted sites, or Restricted sites zones.

While the default zone is selected, click the Custom Level button. This opens a dialog with a series of security related options that can be set.

Scroll down to the 'ActiveX controls and plug-ins' section and verify the following settings:
Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins is set to Enable, Prompt or Administrator Approved
Download Signed ActiveX Controls is set to Enable or Prompt
Script ActiveX Controls Marked Safe For Scripting is set to Enable or Prompt
Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls is set to Enable
After clicking OK in this screen, the following warning appears:

Click Yes and then click OK again
Pop-Up Blockers
Custom toolbars such as Yahoo and Google have their own pop-up blockers. Please verify these settings to ensure the JobView 360 web pages are not blocked.
To view JobView 360 in its best format, each workstation's display settings should be a minimum of 1024 x 768. The settings can be verified and changed using the following steps:
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display
Click on the Settings tab
Slide the screen resolution bar until it shows 1024 x 768 (or higher) as shown in this example:

Once the desired settings have been chosen, click OK.
To switch to Full Screen Mode, press the F11 key or select View > Full Screen from the Internet Explorer main menu. Full Screen Mode will display more information on the screen.

To exit Full Screen Mode, press the F11 key.
