View Projects/Jobs

JobView 360 provides a list of active projects and jobs.  By using this screen, users can filter by Company, Project and/or Job to retrieve a list of jobs.

Select the filters to be applied, and click Search Now at the bottom left of screen to generate the desired list.

Once the list is generated, users can access Job Details, Purchase Orders, Schedules, Documents and Payments associated with that job by clicking the appropriate link.

Job Information

To view specific information about a job, click Job Description, Job Address, Job Code or Lot/Block.  This opens up the Job Details report.

Job POs

To view open purchase orders for a specific job, click Job POs.  This takes users to the Purchase Order screen and displays all open Purchase Orders for the job.

If there are no open purchase orders associated with this job it will display, 'There are currently no open POs for the selected filters.'

Job Schedules

To view schedule tasks for a specific job, click Job Schedules.  This takes users to the Schedule screen and displays scheduled tasks for the job.  

If there are no tasks associated with this job it will display, 'There is currently no Schedule information matching the selection information.'

Documents

To view documents for a specific job, click Documents.  This takes users to the Document library to view or print any job-related documents.

If there are no documents available for the job, only the Document directory will be displayed.

Payments

To view the payment history for a specific job, click Payments.  This opens the Payment History form and displays invoiced or paid Purchase Orders for the job.

If there is no invoiced or paid purchase orders associated with this job it will display, 'Could not find job' and 'No Data To Display.'
