To view or print documents, go to Documents > View Documents. Users are required to have the necessary software installed on their workstation to view or print documents from JobView 360 (such as Adobe Reader to view PDF documents). Users will be able to access the following system default folders based upon their JobView 360 user profile and system requirements:

Common - Common documents accessible by all JobView 360 users.
Job Documents - Job-specific documents accessible by users assigned a vendor name in their JobView 360 user profile and have at least one purchase order for the job.
Project Documents - Project-specific documents accessible by users assigned a vendor name in their JobView 360 user profile and have at least one purchase order for at least one job in an active project.
Superintendent Documents - Documents accessible to users assigned as a job superintendent in their JobView 360 user profile.
Trade Documents - Documents accessible to users assigned a vendor name in their JobView 360 user profile and assigned trades in their Builder 360 vendor profile.
Vendor Documents - Documents accessible to users assigned a vendor name in their JobView 360 user profile.

To open a file, click the File Name, which launches the associated program and file in a new window.
To print, click File > Print or click on the web browser's printer icon.
When finished reviewing or printing, click the X at top-right corner to close window.
