This area of JobView 360 is used to define many of the default application settings and is only accessible by the Builder's JobView 360 Administrator.
To access the Settings area, click Settings under the Administration menu. This area includes the following system default settings:
Contact Email - the email address used when user clicks Contact Us.
Registration Instructions - instructions displayed to the right of the Login screen about how to register as a JobView 360 user. Instructions can be customized by the Administrator.
Disclaimer - disclaimer text displayed at the bottom of each page. Text can be customized by the Administrator.
Company URL - Builder's web page address. The web address must contain the preceding http:// part of the address. If it doesn't, the user will get a "page not found" error.
Company Name - Builder's name displayed below the Company Logo. If the Builder's company name is part of the Company Logo, the Builder can leave this field blank or type in a company tag line.
Change Default User Password - the Builder can define a system default password to be used when adding a new user. If a default password is defined here, a checkbox on the Edit User page will default to checked for the Reset Password To Default On Save and the default password will automatically be entered in the Password and Confirm Password fields when entering a new user. By unchecking the box, a password can be manually entered for a specific user.

Company Logo - ability to "Browse.." and upload Builder's company logo
To edit any of the settings, modify the information, and press Save.
The contact email is the default email address when user's click Contact Us.

Clicking Contact Us opens the user's default email application and auto-fills the email address and subject line. The subject text can be changed.

An email address should be used that is monitored regularly by the Builder (i.e. the email address of the Builder's JobView 360 Administrator).

Registration instructions display on the login page to provide directions about how to access JobView 360. Administrator may include instructions about how to sign up for JobView 360, as well as how to contact the JobView Administrator if the user forgets their user name and/or password. The default text that is installed with JobView 360 can be revised or changed by the Administrator.

Disclaimer text displays at the bottom of every page in JobView 360 to communicate important information and/or legal disclaimers to JobView 360 users. The default text that is installed with JobView 360 can be revised or changed by the Builder.

The Company URL defined in the application settings is the company web page link associated with the logo. When JobView 360 users click on the logo, they are taken to the company web page.

If the Builder's company name is not visible in the logo, it can be entered to display below the logo or enter a company tag line. This is optional. If nothing is entered, text will not be displayed beneath the logo.

The company logo displays in the top left corner for all pages in JobView 360. Click Browse... to locate the logo to use. After selecting the logo, press Open. Press Save to save the changes and preview the logo.
There is no official recommendation as to the size of logo to be used. However, the example below is 300x300 dot resolution, width 209 x height 82 pixels.
