Custom links can be created to display on the JobView 360 Home Page for all users. The Manage Links screen is only accessible by the Builder's JobView 360 Administrator. Use this area to create, edit and delete custom links.
To access the Manage Links area, click Manage Links under the Administration menu. Existing custom links are displayed.

To add a custom link, click Add Link. The Edit Link form opens to create a custom link.
Enter a Description for this custom link. This is required.
Compose the custom link by typing in the editor. JobView 360 has many of the same text formatting functions available in word processing applications, such as:
Change font
Change font and attributes (size, bold, italics, underline, color, etc.)
Text alignment (left, right, center, justified)
Bullets, numbers and indent paragraphs
Highlight text
Insert pictures and hyperlinks
Add lines
Copy, cut and paste text from other documents

To create a custom link using HTML, click the HTML View icon in the bottom right corner. This opens the editor in HTML view.
To return to the standard editor, click the HTML View icon again.
When finished, press Save.

To edit a custom link, click the custom link Description Name. The text editor opens. After making desired changes, press Save.
To delete a custom link, check the box for the custom link under the Select column and click Delete Selected Links. After the confirmation message appears, press OK.
