When logging into JobView 360, the Home Page appears as the default page and consists of the role-based Navigation menu, the global Navigation menu, General Announcements, Links, and Disclaimer information.
A new welcome message with the user's JobView 360 profile name (i.e. Welcome Miami Steel & Supply) will be displayed at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Click Change My Password at the top-center of the Home Page to change the user's current password.
If displayed, click New/Updated POs or New/Updated Job Tasks at the top-center of the page. This will open the Purchase Order or Schedule screen and display any new/updated information to be viewed or printed.
If there are no New/Updated PO's since user's last login, the link will not be displayed.
If there are no New/Updated Job Tasks since user's last login, the link will not be displayed.
WARNING! If the user logs in and chooses NOT to review or print the New/Updated items, those items will not appear flagged as New/Updated the next time the user logs in.
General Announcements will be displayed for all users and will be listed in "Created" date order.
Custom links are also available for commonly accessed websites. Click the Custom Link and a new window will open up to display the website.
Disclaimer text appears at the bottom of every JobView 360 page. This is created by the Administrator to communicate important information for JobView 360 users. Example of disclaimer text:
