Getting Help

Click Help to access the JobView 360 online documentation, which is a good resource for users in setting up or navigating within JobView 360.

Vendors, Subcontractors or Job Superintendents should contact the Builder's administrator if experiencing technical difficulty or with questions about JobView 360.  To send an email directly to the Builder, click Contact Us within JobView 360.

Builders' administrators or users should contact Builder 360 Client Care Center for help and technical assistance.  Please reference Builder 360 Customer Support Procedures for instructions how to submit an online ticket to Builder 360 Customer Support.
