Administration Setup

The Administration section of JobView 360 is only accessible to users with the assigned role of Administrator, the person at the Builder's company responsible for setting up the following tasks in JobView 360:

• Publishing announcements (Manage Announcements)

• Creating custom links (Manage Links)

• Configuring user accounts (Manage Users)

• Defining the default application settings (Settings)

• Managing the document library (Document Management)

Vendors, subcontractors and superintendents do not have access to this area of JobView 360.

To access the Administration section of JobView 360, place the cursor over the Administration menu and select from one of the available tasks.  Each task is documented in upcoming sections.
