During the first few months of a new release we offer Free Online Webinars to provide an overview of the major changes or enhancements with a release. It is recommended that Builder 360 users attend one of these sessions to learn how these changes might help them work more efficiently or provide better reporting.
If users are unable to attend one of the Free Webinars, the class can be scheduled as a one-to-one training session which is considered billable time. For additional information regarding training, reference the Training Information section or contact Builder 360 Support.
